Introduction - Course Overview
This course is designed for anyone who wants to have a better understanding of CPaaS MS Teams Direct Routing in the CPaaS Platform as well as a general knowledge of MS Teams with a phone system. Within this course, you will be equipped with all the fundamentals you need to know, in one place, simplified and straightforward! Starting from getting a basic overview of the CPaaS MS Teams Direct Routing, the course will take you through regular use cases that apply to this application. Once the basics are mastered, the course teaches you the prerequisites and demonstrates how this actually works. Finally, you will be taken through the setup process, get familiarized with the MS Teams interface, and practice basic call features on it.
