Incoming calls to Call Center Agents' Devices
For Call Center, our system will calculate the agent's performance based on the number of incoming calls reaching the devices. It means if there is an incoming call to a device, but it does not answer, it will be considered as a missed call.
For example: Andrew:
Bizphone - Call Center Agent
Activate 3 devices - IP Phone, Mobile, and Desktop
When there is an incoming call to his queue, the system will ring 3 devices simultaneously.
He picks up the call on his mobile phone, and then the other devices drop the call.
The system counted that he answered 1 call and missed 2 calls.
Andrew's final evaluation is affected by the result.
Therefore, to avoid this issue, our Engineering team decided to limit the Call Center Agent to enable only 1 device.
I'll walk you through everything you need to know.
Members - Filter by Roles
Finding a specific user in a large organization can be a nightmare. You have to scroll through dozens of pages when each person tends to show up once. If you are looking for someone with a specific set of roles, it can make them difficult to find.
Therefore, our team has added a role filter feature.
How does it work?
Once you click on the Searching bar, a list of all user roles appears. Then, you can select the one that you are specifically looking for. The user list continually updates itself to show the results as your searching checks or unchecks each category.
Transactions - Manage Account Balance
Although the Payment tab already shows all billing figures, such as current balance, usable credit, liability, credit limit, etc., it cannot explain how your account changes.
Thus, instead of waiting until the end of the month for the final report and invoice, we would like to provide a more effective method to manage your balance movement between B3Networks and you (Partner) through the Transaction tab.
This tab will present the last 100 transactions and the daily closing balance of your account. Moreover, you can easily export the data for a specific time range as you want.
