At the Academy, we are always looking to enhance the services we offer you.


Therefore, in order to focus resources on the most up-to-date website, we will be ending the following Knowledge Base (KB) pages on 30th June 2021.

Why are we ceasing the existing Knowledge Base?


The previous KB Websites have eventually reached their natural end of life for various reasons, including:

  • Old platform

  • Outdated contents and information

  • Non-user-friendly interface

For these reasons, we decided to launch a new site to provide better and more useful information as well as knowledge for our partners and customers.

What’s new?

We have launched our new Answers and Ideas Portal for you to vote and add new feature requests for the betterment of the platform and products.

You will be able to access them via these links below:

The updated site contains:

  • Better user experience for both mobile and desktop versions.

  • An improved structure, so you will more easily be able to locate what you are looking for.

  • Upcoming multimedia features for a deeper understanding of our services and products.


Branding


The ending of the old websites means the branded apps KB (portal.yourdomain.com/kb) will also cease.


You will be able to extract the information without any issues from our new Answers & Ideas Portal to build your own branded KB at your end.

Migration Schedule


Please be aware that the last day for accessing the old KBs is 30th June 2021. After this date, these websites will be closed and unreachable.
