EOL Feature
All the products eventually will reach their natural end of life for various reasons, including new and better technologies becoming available or features no longer applicable. This is part of any technology product's lifecycle. Our B3Networks' goal is to make this process as seamless as possible for you and your customers. Let's see what feature will say goodbye.
BizPhone App
Usage Credit Limit
After reviewing the applicability of the BizPhone Credit Limitation, we decided it's time to sunset this feature. From now on, our system will no longer support this function.
However, please do not worry; you still can limit your Agent's usage by Duration (by minutes).
New Features
Report App - File Management App
Revenue Reports
We duplicate all data from the Report App to the File Management App to make your work less complicated. Starting from now, you do not need to switch between apps to extract revenue reports and data.
Number Management App
Available Tab
We understand that to close a deal, all documents must be prepared in advance, especially the Number list. Before, you had to get it from the B3 Support team, which was sometimes inconvenient. Therefore, we provide the Available tab to help you skip this extra step.
In this tab, you can:
Filter the available numbers
Export the available numbers
Check the required documents for purchasing numbers
Customer App
Purchase/Add more Numbers for Subscription
Great news! From now on, our system will support purchasing multiple numbers by CSV file to make your workflow easier.
You only need to upload the file (must follow the Template) and then click. Our system will do the rest.
