Our scalable solution involves Auto Attendant, Phone System, Contact Center, and Developer components providing basic and advanced functions such as multi-layered call flows, call queue, delegate, call-hunting, call masking, robocall, and integration with third-party software (MS Teams, Webhook, CTI) using a modern microservices architecture.
