We are excited to introduce you to a new series of e-learning modules which is CPaaS Auto Attendant Level 1 Product Foundation and Basic Sales. In this video, we are going to start off with an introduction to the CPaaS Auto Attendant, followed by the Problem Statement and Solution, after that we will give you an overview of the features of CPaaS Auto Attendant, and what a typical call flow looks like.
