CPaaS AA Product Foundation - Basic Sales

Hello and welcome back to B3Networks Academy. We are excited to introduce you to a new series of e-learning modules which is CPaaS Auto Attendant Level 1 Product Foundation and Basic Sales. In this video, we are going to start off with an introduction to the C Pass Auto Attendant, followed by the Problem Statement and Solution, after that we will give you an overview of the features of CPass Auto Attendant, and what a typical call flow looks like. In this video, we will also show you the integration of CPass Auto Attendant with other applications, and towards the end of the session, we will share some of the success stories of CPass Auto Attendant.
